Serves meat, vegan options available. Offers plenty of vegan dishes marked on the menu. Examples include the garden breakfast, porridge, sweet potato and black bean burrito, soup of the day, roasted squash and chestnut mushroom salad and more. Also has vegan cakes served with vegan ice-cream. Has several milk alternatives for drinks. All food is prepared freshly on the premises so most dishes can be made vegan if requested. Open Tue-Sat 08:30-17:00. Closed Sun-Mon.

Visited recently after ownership change & gutted that the menu has expanded for everyone but vegans: there's now less!! So short sighted.

Best cafe in Lymm for vegans by far. There is always a choice and it's my go to place for a big vegan breakfast and tasty lunch if I'm in the village. There is often a vegan special, as well as the menu.
It is just for a treat though: the food is good but I couldn't justify eating here regularly for lunch as it is a bit pricy.

Been here a few times, but not over the past 6-7 years. Happy Cow sticker on the entrance door. I remember it being nice in the summer, making use of the terrace. That wasn’t open today, despite the good weather. Inside was humid. Service / staff were moderately friendly, not as friendly as I would have hoped. Menu isn’t quite what is available online, but there are a few options for vegans, which is good. We got there just after the breakfast menu time, so we had the afternoon menu (picture uploaded). I had the vegan BLT (see picture) and fat chips, which were excellent. Probably the best vegan BLT I’ve had if I’m telling the truth. Wife had a veggie option which she said was very nice. Moderately pricey for quantity. Wouldn’t be opposed to a return.

Great vegan breakfast - Edit
Very nice ‘garden breakfast’ with home made beans and hash brown, some avocado, asparagus and spinach. Menu had quite a few vegan options with butties, a burger and a BLT.

Nice place for vegan breakfast - Edit
Nice little place tucked away. Offering a good vegan breakfast selection including vegan bacon and sausage butties and a full English. Coffee was good. Service was quick and friendly. Sausages weren't my favourite vegan sausages.. but I was happy with the breakfast and would go again if I was in in area.

Awesome breakfast - Edit
We had the vegan breakfast, and thought it was the best Vegan breakfast we have had, so fresh and tasty. Friendly service, and under the stress of Covid the terrace staff are doing a great job, we can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu.

Lovely setting & garden terrace. Always has vegan options without having to adapt vegetarian items. Both main courses & vegan cakes offered. A favourite place in Lymm well worth trying

Gorgeous breakfast! - Edit
I ended up visiting The Terrace after coming to Lymm to visit the new vegan canal boat cafe, but it was closed. So I fired up the trusty Happy Cow and found this place. No reviews as yet so I thought it only right to leave one! I had a gorgeous vegan breakfast, they even had vegan spread for the toast which is sometimes where places fall down! Nice service and ambience. Would give 5 stars if the app let me!!
