Uses no lard, MSG, preservatives or artificial coloring. Sustainable and local food whenever possible. All food except tortilla bread is freshly made-in-house daily. Owner originally from Nebraska and is aware of what vegan means. JUL 2015 REPORTED SHUT IN EARLY-2015, FB GONE. Open Mon-Sun 2:00pm-10:00pm.

It was pretty pricey, and the took a fee for eating in. I had a burrito, and it was pretty bland. I love Mexican food though, which isn't easy to come by around here, so I might have to give it an extra try.
