Fresh and yummy vegan food

Quick and easy - you can get stuff from the grab and go or get a smoothie or babe sandwich. I got the beet salad from grab and go which was fresh and delicious. I also ordered the loaded bagel - double yum. I got 2 pastries - the power cookie and banana muffin.

Highly recommend!!!

Great healthy spot

Was in the area and peckish so came for a light meal.

I had the works gf and my husband had the carrot lox.

Also tried a gf banana walnut muffin. Which was excellent! Nice and moist and great texture and not too sweet. Very very good. Better than I can make at home and better than most bought.

The gf works toast was good. Flavourful, filling and healthy with all fresh ingredients.

My husband's lox bagel was OK in his opinion. The carrot was a bit too raw and hard for lox and needed more smokey flavour.
