Great bagels - Edit
They are very knowledgeable about vegan diets. From what I was told, all of their options are vegan, but if you don't eat honey like me then you may also not consider it to be strictly vegan-only. Still, it's most of the way there. It's a lot easier to order here than most other places. I wonder whether they would switch from honey to agave in order to be fully vegan.
Read moreMost of the options were really good. The bagels were great and had an amazing combination of different flavors and textures. The banana nut muffin was tasty without being overly sweet. The chocolate ganache was rich and smooth. The lentil soup was hot and filling. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the superfood cookie.
It's a very small restaurant so keep that in mind. There are two places to sit and eat that fit three people each so keep in mind that you will not have seating for a large group. Though the one person working behind the counter worked hard to prepare all of the food we ordered despite it being relatively busy.

Tasty vegan bagel sandwiches and soups - Edit
We tried the soup of the day, a white bean and kale soup-very tasty. We also enjoyed our bagel sandwiches loaded with carrot lox, crispy coconut bacon and cashew cream cheese--fresh and delicious.

Competent health food - Edit
One health food spot is a bit like another for me but this one is just fine. I personally would vastly prefer a chewy robust bagel over a cracker-y sprouted wheat bagel but I have to admit my omnivore friend was vocally pleased. Cacao ganache lovely. Food options limited. Standard tip pad shakedown with no table service. Needs to provide water.

A decent cool down in summer - Edit
We stopped in for two smoothie bowls while visiting on a 100° day. Everything is made fresh which I definitely appreciate since some bowl places mix their base and then freeze into a popsicle which I'm distinctly against. The granola is good but overall it wasn't anything to write home about. I also didn't love that the blueberries used as toppings were frozen. It'll cool you down on a hot summer day but do so for a price.

Healthy Bar - Edit
Not a lot of lunch options, but I had the chickpea sandwich which was delicious. The smoothie I got was a bit bland but it was also a greens smoothie so that makes sense. I did love having a vegetarian place with vegan options to eat though!

I stopped by here twice while in Saint Augustine. Love the fresh juices, vegan muffins, power balls and the cashew ginger cole slaw in the to go fridge. I have a dog with me so quickly grab and go items for a picnic. Always fresh and consistent quality.

Carrot “Lox” delicious! - Edit
Together with my cold brew and cacao smoothie, my Carrot ‘Lox’ Bagel (it was on an English muffin today) was delicious! With house-made cashew cream cheese. Returned the next day and loved “The Works” muffin, plus a Purple (berry) smoothie!

Best Vegan Bagel EVER! - Edit
We called ahead to place our order for pick up and it was ready within 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful over the phone and in person.
Read moreWe had two “the works” bagels and they were fabulous! The explosion of flavors was unexpected. Our daughter worked in a the best bagel shop in Central Virginia, but it had limited vegan topping so this had me reimagining what a vegan bagel could be!
I had the golden milk latte, which was amazing (I just wished it could have been ordered in a larger size than 8oz).
We will definitely be going back!!
Pros: Fast & Friendly, Healthy , Delicious
Cons: Expensive

Cute - Edit
Stopped here this morning to grab a quick smoothie bowl. I got the acai bowl with no granola or goji berries, and added peanut butter. I was a little disheartened at the staffs response when I asked if there was added oil or sugar in the peanut butter (I can't have either). The girl helping me couldn't find the ingredients listed on the jar, and when she asked for help, the other employee was very rude to her and to me. I read the ingredients myself, and it was fine. Overall, the product I received was fantastic, and I will return.
Read more*Went back for round 2 today. Got the Carrot Lox Bagel. It was very good, but I found it to be slightly too salty. Also asked for a Golden Latte, but they told me they were out of product to make it 😔 They did try to accommodate by heating up milk for me so I could add a turmeric shot, but unfortunately it was terrible, and I had to toss it. But I much appreciated the extra effort.

Phenomenal bagel sandwiches - Edit
I was very excited to try the carrot lox and I was not disappointed - it was EXCELLENT. I wish I could’ve had two. My non-vegan partner got the bagel with the works and loved it! I also had a mushroom coffee and chocolate chip cookie and he had a golden milk and banana nut muffin and it was all great. Highly recommend.

Small all Vegan cafe - Edit
Great for to go. There were a few places to sit. We had the lox bagel, tuno packaged sandwich, watermelon juice, & carrot immune booster juice. All were excellent & didn’t feel gross after eating like most restaurant food. Would like to see expanded menu, but it was good for the to go lunch we needed.

Great little take out spot! - Edit
Counter service only, so if you're looking for a sit down meal this isn't it. But their ingredients are very fresh, including fresh squeeze orange juice that was incredible, and it's very clean and welcoming. If you're walking around downtown and looking for a quick bite, this is the perfect place to pop into
