AWESOME vegan comfort food! A must visit place! - Edit
No other vegan restaurant in Broward County, Florida has THIS many vegan entrees and choices. I know, I check this out all the time. I like to go out to vegan places that can offer me dishes I don't make at home already. It's pretty difficult to find because the vegan restaurant industry is just taking off and most have limited menus and offerings that tend to stay around the same thing. But The Rabbit Hole has a HUGE menu of many, many vegan choices. Very friendly service, too. Check out the menu before you go, you'll have a difficult time making a choice, really. We LOVED the food we had. The only drawback is this is a tiny place inside so count on dining at the outside sidewalk tables. If you don't like heat like me, not the ideal situation. But GO TO THIS PLACE for the amazing food and the friendly service. Do takeout if you don't want to sit there. I really REALLY hope this place does well and eventually moves to a larger location with an actual dining room. Support this excellent vegan restaurant, help them grow!!!!!!

I was so impressed with the food here. You can tell the owners have taken the time to make sure this place has great vegan food. The owners are kind and the staff as well. I’m still trying out vegan spots around (I recently moved here) but so far this place is the best. Definitely recommend!

I have been a Vegan for 5 years. From the east coast (where I reside) to the west coast. I have eaten at a great many of vegan eateries and I must say the rabbit hole is in my top 5! Awesome service, great atmosphere, and AMAZING plates! If your desire is to eat plant based without sacrificing flavor, texture, or variety….you have got to visit The Rabbit Hole!

Tasty but Too Salty - Edit
The jambalaya was very tasty but extremely salty which is not healthy. When someone thinks about vegan; automatically you think healthy. This dish was not. Looking forward to a repeat visit to try something else and hopefully it will not be this salty!

Read moreI went in the the expected reservations. Most vegan establishments miss the mark, despite their most earnest efforts.
The Rabbit Hole is not that. I ordered 5 meals, and FINISHED 5 meals.
The pasta (Mac & cheese) was Al Dente, which is SO rare; pasta with texture, and not just starch mush.
The "steak" melt sandwich was dreamy, the bread was delicious, the "steak" melt was wonderful, the deliciously cooked pepperoncini peppers. Just phenomenal.
The "Shrimp" and Grits were positively delightful. The texture of the "shrimp", the quality of the fried breading was otherworldly; a deep & wonderful crunch. The grits were wonderfully delicious as well.
I could go on and on and on.
Thank you so much for existing, The Rabbit Hole. You're a sorely needed establishment for vegans and omnivores alike.

This is a must-try if you are looking for vegan comfort food that is high-quality and delicious! I am so thankful we decided on a recent trip to try this place…I just wish we were in town longer to go back multiple times to try more items. We had the "THE 5 BOROUGHS" CHOP CHEESE SANDWICH & FRIES, the "THE RICH MAN" SHRIMP PO' BOY SANDWICH & FRIES, and a side of Mac and Cheese. Absolutely delicious! All of it! I would definitely bring my non-vegan friends here as well if I lived in town…the food it that good. On top of the food, the staff is friendly, helpful and enthusiastic!

Rabbit Hole rocks! My brokerage is 5 min away from Rabbit Hole and every time I go to my brokerage, I naturally go and eat at this awesome restaurant. I also take my friends here. Huge variety of vegan comfort food, big portions, the food is above delicious and made with love. Great quality. The service is excellent and very friendly. All vegan with a large and diverse menu. I had tomato basil soup with a jalapeño cheddar cornbread muffin, followed by the green dragon vegetable stir fry. Excellent food and very friendly staff in a delightful small restaurant with outdoor seating. I'll be returning.

Staff and chef were so friendly and the food was even better! We had natural fruit juices, buffalo wings, loaded fried and the small pile of macaroni and cheese. Large portions, really crispy chicken and super creamy Mac n cheese. If you're in the area, try it! And if not, plan a trip!
