The Plough Inn serves excellent food, including many vegan and vegetarian options — some not listed on the main menu, so it’s worth asking! The team really care about doing vegan food well, and it shows in every dish. A lovely spot for locals and visitors alike., Vegan lasagna, vegan burger, vegan pizza, chilli, vegan Wellington, kids vegan menu Open Mon 11:30am-2:00am, Tue-Sat 12:00pm-2:00am, Sun 11:30am-2:00am.

Lovely local pub with vegan options - Edit
It’s so great to see The Plough Inn thriving again — and with such an amazing menu! They’ve recently added some fantastic vegan and vegetarian options alongside all their other great food, and it’s clear how much care has gone into it.
Read moreI’ve tried the vegan lasagna, chili, Wellington, pizza, and one of the burgers — every single dish was genuinely delicious. You can tell the team really care about doing vegan food well, not just as an afterthought.
We were there this weekend when they had a wonderful band playing live music, which made the evening even better. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s such a joy to finally have a lively, friendly pub in the village again.
Highly recommended to anyone local or just passing through — there’s something here for everyone!
