Vegan fish and chips in a fishing village! - Edit
Considering this is a seafood restaurant in a fishing village, it's fantastic to have vegan options on the menu. The vegan fish and chips are fab! And, the chef was happy to make a portion of tartar sauce using vegan mayo.
Read moreThey have also just started doing pizza's with vegan cheese which doesn't appear on the menu yet but are highly recommended!
For dessert, they offer a really tasty vegan rice pudding with compote and crumble and also a highly highly recommended chocolate trillionare tart! They even had vegan wine on offer! Remember, this is a seafood restaurant so a good place to visit with non veggie / vegan family and friends.
It's definitely worth a visit!
Pros: Vegan options in a seafood restaurant, Excellent quality food, Really friendly staff

A vegan option in a seafood restaurant! - Edit
The fact there’s a vegan option at a seafood restaurant on a fishing harbour is a miracle. The ‘fish’ and chips were really nice, the seaweed rapped around the tofu makes it super tasty. The staff were very friendly and you have no doubt the vegan option is as advertised.

Delicious vegan fish and chips - Edit
I visited during the day initially for a takeaway coffee, and was delighted to see they had vegan fish and chips on their menu. We booked a table for the following evening and it did not disappoint. The food was beautifully presented and tasted lovely too. If you're missing fish and chips, this definitely hits that spot. Sadly no vegan dessert options so would be nice to see some vegan treats on offer too. Lovely staff.

Excellent restaurant with good options - Edit
There are around six vegan options and a fab choc brownie with vegan ice cream. Staff were lovely. Food was really good. Certainly the best place in the area for vegan food. Definitely will be back.

New plant based menu - Edit
They have introduced a new plant based menu which is a rarity in these parts! We tried the cake which was pretty good (didn't fall apart, although the icing had a vaguely artificial flavour). Lovely setting down by the harbour.

Decent menu. - Edit
Had the tofu chowder with crusty bread.Decent sized meal but needed more tofu.Sauce a bit too thin but flavoursome none the less.Partner had the 'fish' and chips, again based on tofu.Very good portion, basically a full block of tofu.Shared the tempura veg between us,really light batter and the veg was well cooked.Definitely worth a visit. #Veganuary
