Great food and great service

Amazing menu. I wish I could have been able to try more things because everything looked great. The scramble tofu was seasoned perfectly and the pancakes were super light and fluffy.
The staff was really nice. If you are a vegan visiting Vegas please visit TMV.

Pros: Scrambled tofu , Pancakes , Potato

Quantity over quality

Disappointing especially considering the price point. I would have preferred portions half the size (literally. They are absurdly large.) but that tasted better. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it was huge but extremely under seasoned - it basically tasted like coconut milk. I added a ton of salt, pepper, and nooch to make it edible. The broccoli pieces were also huge and unseasoned. My husband’s chicken Mac and cheese wrap was better but also very unevenly seasoned.

Full vegan menu

The menu!!! I made a huge mistake and got a burger the first time I went. Don’t get me wrong the burger was great. But I can make burgers at home. Why didn’t I get one of the Mac and cheeses, or the crab cakes or po’ boy. I missed on an Omnivore type meal with a vegan spin. When we went back I tried the steak stroganoff fettuccine. It was perfect. The buffalo cauliflower is a great app. So many choices. I thought the prices were appropriate. Very clean space and the staff was friendly chill and helpful. Not rushed

Delicious

We came here while on vacation in Vegas and ended up back a second time. The menu is large with a wide range of offerings. This was one of the few fully vegan restaurants that I found that had typical breakfast items which was a plus for us, but I do wish they were open earlier. We don’t eat out a lot, so the prices seemed a little high but the servings were large.

Prices not justified

I've been here a few times both for dine-in and carry-out so I know it's expensive and usually worth it, but today the prices were totally not worth the kind of gross food I received. I ordered the chicken mac & cheese wrap and based on the website pics I thought it would be a gooey cheesy delight. Instead I got big chunks of dry chicken wrapped up in a dry tortilla with the driest, most uncheesy noodles. I think I saw one strand of cabbage. Somehow the wrap was warm but the fries in the same box were cold and unsalted. Thankfully they gave me several containers of catsup to disguise the taste and texture of this incredibly overpriced meal.

Pros: It was ready on time

Cons: Dry, tasteless, Way overpriced

Favorite place for comfort food

This is one of ours favorite place for comfort food here in Vegas. Every time we come to Vegas we definitely go to the Modern Vegan at least once. Last time even a nonvegan got fooled by the food. It is that good.

Fun Vegan Food

This place has a huge menu and it’s hard to decide what to get. But we enjoyed our dishes and can’t wait to come back and try more. Our server, Carlos, was super friendly and made our dinner special.

Food was good

We had a burger and a pasta. The pasta was nice, but it was not that much and the burger was a lot but unfortunately we asked without cheese and it came with cheese so it was a very saucy hamburger. So happy to have a full vegan restaurant in Vegas.

Expensive and a little disappointed

I was very excited to go here, but a bit disappointed. I got the potato skins as an appetizer, which were amazing. I ordered the Buddha bowl as my entree, and it was just not what I wanted at all. When I think of a Buddha bowl, I think of cooked veggies and tofu over rice. What I got was essentially a salad with a bunch of raw veggies and some tofu on top for $23. I likely would have enjoyed a different one of their dishes, but I was just really bummed with what I got. My friend got the roadhouse burger and really liked it.

Pros: Friendly staff, Large menu

Cons: Very expensive, Buddha bowl was disappointing

Amazing!!!!!

Food was great and the service was fantastic. I had no idea what to choose from the large menu, so I asked for recommendations. The staff were super knowledgeable and recommended me the Texas barbecue steak wrap. It was delicious!!!!!!!

Must eat in Vegas

A lot of menu options to choose from, the crabcake Benedict was different and pretty good for what it was. Large portions match the hefty prices.

Great food at a price

Food was great and there's a ton of options, it's overwhelming. I had the fish tacos, delicious, and my fiance had the buffalo Mac. We also got some hangover fries. One of our entrees was $30 and the other was $25, so it comes at a price, but loved the vibe and plethora of options. #Veganuary

🥜 Cross Contamination

The nachos were my favorite part. Very good for Las Vegas standards. The skillets were pretty good. The other food items were undercooked, under seasoned, and/or cold. They remade one item for us, but not the others. Service was good in parts, but lacked in others. Also, there is cross contamination with the friers, as they deep fry peanut products there, so most of the menu suddenly became inaccessible to me due to allergies and there was no warning. I’m glad I asked, and I hope they train staff to mention that prior.

Pretty good vegan junk food

Had the crab cake wrap and side salad! There are a lot of creative menu items on the huge menu. Nice staff and the wrap was good.

Lost one star because
-the salad was very basic and I expected something a little more creative since us vegans are salad experts.😉
-prices are super high
-portions are enormous…it would make more sense to do smaller portions and lower prices

5 stars all the way

This place rocks! You can order all kinds of dishes and the ones I've tried have all been delicious. This is my go-to spot when in Vegas. They have great breakfasts, which is fantastic. Since most of you know, vegan breakfasts are hard to come by other than the regular oats and fruit. The staff are super nice, free parking in front, ada accessible. Definitely give these guys some love when in Vegas.

¡Más o Menos! “Meh”

Excelente at first-
I ate there with a friend a couple of times when it had just opened. A bit too much of the hip crowd for my liking. It was definitely “a scene “
But the food was excellent. I had breakfast my friend had lunch. I went back about 4 months later… and
THESE FOLKS HAVE LOST THEIR MINDS!!!
Prices were catastrophically astronomical !!!
I’m talking Stupid High… with no justification.
I have eaten at 90% of all the Vegan restaurants in Las Vegas -and I have to say one thing. ”Cmon guys give us a break!!!”

This place is NOT the Crossroads!!!

Love the decor

I was performing just one night in Vegas and my girl took me to The Modern Vegan and I loved it - the menu is huge, the room’s decor is stylish and rich, the server was extra cool. They have an entire breakfast / brunch menu you can’t miss. Do recommend!

Good bbq brisket not so good mac n cheese

Pretty disappointed to be honest! First the menu choice is massive which was a little overwhelming when normal I only have a choice of 1-3 options on most menus.

I orders the bbq brisket mac n cheese as I’ve had some amazing vegan mac n cheese in the states.

When it arrived it was an absolute mountain so much it was a little off putting! The brisket tasted very nice but the mac n cheese which made up about 90% of the dish wasn’t that good. The cheese sauce wasn’t very cheesy or flavoursome so it was just a a lot of blandish pasta at the price of 30 dollars (about £23-24)

Maybe this place is great and I just choose the wrong item, when I checked the menu again to see what else I would have chosen I wasn’t excited about the choices. I might come back to try one of their burgers.

Didn’t bother with dessert

Update: Went again a week later at lunchtime. I ordered the v eggs florentine but the service was so slow. Resturant wasn’t busy and I was only ordering for myself but still took over 30 minutes. The waitresses and kitchen staff are having conversations across the room throughout my visit, just seems unprofessional talking about how you can’t wait to get off work across the room. Food was okay but wasn’t worth the wait. Genuinely struggle to see how this place is so highly rated

Pros: Most choices I think I’ve seen

Cons: Price , Mac n Cheese
