Best vegan pizza ever!

I've eaten here before as they have plenty of good vegan options on their menu, and also an excellent selection of vegan (unfined) beers, but this was the first time I'd tried a pizza from their wood-fired pizza oven in the garden, and I was honestly blown away! I'd heard that they were good, but wasn't expecting them to be this good! I went for the Meatless Meatfeast pizza, with vegan meatballs, 'chicken' and 'pepperoni', vegan cheese and a tomato base, and while I'm often less than impressed by vegan meat alternatives, these were really good. They will also happily veganise any of the pizzas on the menu though. Be warned - even if you're a big eater, one will more than fill you up! Service was excellent, and it was great to be able to watch my pizza being cooked while enjoying a beer in the lovely garden. I was talking to the chap making the pizzas (Tony, I think), and he said they only fire up the oven a few times a week, so worth checking before you pitch up. Highly recommended!

Pros: Best vegan pizza I've had!, Great vegan beer and lovely garden., Excellent service.

we had the tagliatelle with vegetables and tomatosauce which was very tasty and the burger was also very authentic. On the vegan menu was also a curry and a vegetable tarte Upon request they made us a delicious salad as starter. Really good food, very friendly Service and a beautiful garden.

Excellent place for vegans

I went there on Sunday for lunch with one vegan friend and 2 non vegans. Vegan options for main meal were varied - I had the vegan cheese burger (which was excellent) and my friend had the tart which she really enjoyed. There was one vegan dessert which was also very good. The non vegans also enjoyed their meal. Lovely pub, packed full of locals, brilliant alcohol options (50 gins to choose from). Staff were polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here and look forward to visiting again.

Pros: Lovely atmosphere, Great staff, Excellent food

Cons: Only one vegan dessert option - more please!, Very busy on a sunday so book ahead

More than one vegan option!!

I ate here for the first time last night and was really impressed with their new vegan/vegetarian menu. It's very rare to go to a restaurant that specialises in animal products and find not one, but THREE vegan options on the menu! Three of us ate, so we tried one of each. Everything was really tasty but my favourite was the Five Bean Chilli, very well seasoned and I loved the addition of micro greens as a garnish. The service was brilliant, the staff were all very attentive and the portions were generous. One of my main bugbears with eating out somewhere that's not completely vegan is that they don't take into account that the ingredients are not as calorie-dense, and never give you enough food. Not so at The Inglenook, I was nicely full when we finished our meals. It's really refreshing to find a place like this in Pagham, I will definitely be coming back.

At last! Vegan options in Pagham!

I've been drinking at this amazing place for many years, but the only thing on the menu I could eat was chips - until now. Went in last night and was amazed to see that they had vegan options on their main menu! Only three for now, but way better than anywhere else in the village, so we tried all three. My faves were the Thai 'duck' curry and Five-Bean Chilli, but the Tagliatelle and roasted veg was good too (just a tad on the sweet side for me, which will probably be perfect for more normal folk!). Portions were very generous too, and service excellent.

Pros: Great food, well presented, generous portions, Excellent service in a friendly atmosphere, Fantastic selection of real ales and craft beer
