Vegan Breakfast options! - Edit
Stopped here by chance and was super impressed by the vegan options. I had the large breakfast and the toast came with vegan spread. Variety of milk alternatives for tea/coffee. Would like to see vegan bacon as an addition!

Very good vegan all-day breakfasts - Edit
This is a great cafe just off the main A14. Very clearly labelled vegan and vegetarian all-day breakfasts listed alongside other options such as toasted sandwiches. You can customise the vegan breakfasts and they offer two sizes: large and small. The small is one of everything. The large just doubles up. It was served quickly and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
