disappointing - Edit
I order the vegan gyro but there was a little spider/bug on the lettuce... I told the person at the register and they were shocked but told me everything is very organic and fresh. They made me a new one but i kinda lost my appetite. I get the organic aspect but they should make sure they wash everything and make sure there's no bugs/spiders on the food.

Fantastic, Fresh food - Edit
Had the vegan gyro, the roasted cauliflower, and the hummus with pita. All three dishes tasted extremely fresh and were delicious! The menu caters to your average Mediterranean meat eater but the vegan options are delicious making it the perfect crossover restaurant. Service was quick, friendly, and exemplary. Next time I am in Vermont I will make a point of visiting again.

While they have a small menu (meaning esp small for vegans) it is really fresh and delicious and the owner is thinking to try a vegan baklava so fingers crossed they’ll get there soon.
