Offers vegan and adaptable choices such as customizable fried tofu sandwich (plain, buffalo or general Tso's), Impossible burger, salads, mushroom pakora, cajun spiced chickpeas, tater tots, etc. Will sometimes have vegan or adaptable specials like “Big T’s falafel” or the mushroom bao buns.
