A Flavorful Vegan Bowl

The Henry is a fun spot with a couple of vegan options. I tried the Harvest Bowl, which had a great mix of different veggies, all perfectly cooked. It was a little heavier on the oil than I’d expect from a healthy bowl, but it was still really good and full of flavor.
