De keuze is reuze. Heel veel vegan of kan vegan gemaakt worden. Ik had gekozen voor de breakfast platter, de acai bowl die erbij zit is op basis van kokos yoghurt. Heerlijk!

There’s a huge choice. Lots of vegan options, or dishes that can be made vegan. I went for the breakfast platter the acai bowl icluded made with coconut yoghurt. Delicious!
A lovely building in the city centre, laid out much more spaciously than Happiness in Eindhoven – both are lovely.

We entered this café spontaneously on a Saturday, and luckily there was still a free table. We were very pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We had the winter tomato veggie soup, which came with delicious bread, and the falafel pita, which was so good! Highly recommend stopping by here.

Liep er toevallig langs en in de bomvolle (2 verdiepingen en terras) werd een tafel voor mij gevonden. Pure Happiness op een bord. Vegan & glutenvrij en een groot vles water zonder gemor. Echt geweldig!

Een aantal vegan opties, ik had een optie met van alles wat. Ideaal als je zowel wat hartigs als wat zoets wilt! De zelfgemaakte hummus verraste me en eigenlijk was alles heel lekker. Glutenvrij en vegan pannenkoekje was prima, maar ik heb ze lekkerder geproefd. Ook fijn dat ze vegan warme chocolademelk met slagroom hebben.

Read moreNu alleen een koffie gedronken met bananenbrood. Deze smaakte goed, niet te droog en de korst was nog knapperig. Op dit moment is dit de enige 'vaste' vegan optie voor gebak, maar het kan zijn dat de 'special' ook vegan is.
De locatie is goed. Dichtbij het station en aan het begin van de stad. De sfeer is gezellig en de ruimte is ook fris en ruim. Er zit ook een terras bij. Het personeel is vriendelijk.
Pros: Veel vegan opties, Gezellige sfeer, prettige locatie
Cons: Aan de duurdere kant, maar goede prijs kwaliteit

A few options for Vegan and Gluten free. I had the warm banana bread breakfast (all day). Served with coconut yoghurt, banana, berries and granola. Very tasty and filling. Good strong coffee.

I love the menu of the Happiness Café, because most of the dishes are healthy and they have a lot of vegan options. I ordered the burrito with Mango and Sticky Tempeh. The burrito was filled well and tasted good. My matcha latte was okay, but tasted more like hot milk than matcha. It could have had more flavour in my opinion. They serve (warm) drinks with a small piece of vegan vanilla cake, which is very tasty.

Cute place. The menu clearly indicates vegan, gluten free and even sugar free options. The food is nice, though it may take a while before you can order or receive it. It gets pretty crowded and you can't reserve a table though.

What a lovely place! Great to grab a bite when I am on my way by train to the South of the NLs ;)
Read moreThe place is very cosy and not to noisy, I opened up my laptop and got quite some work done. Staff is very welcoming and was willing to switch up the fresh juice with the brunch menu for no additional cost. I had the gluten-free brunch platter and that was super tasty and filling.
Will definitely pass by again, looking forwar to try out other dishes!
