Best falafel I’ve ever tasted - Edit
If you don’t know where this place is or use a map for directions you might miss it, but this little hole in the fall is incredible $10 buys you a beast of a pita and the falafel was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted in my life.

I’d come here every day if I could - Edit
Literally starving when I got here and I wasn’t disappointed. Grabbed the shawarma wrap and some cosmic cookies.
Read moreThe wrap was literally the size of my arm, amazing 🤩 lots of garlic and spices. Lots of veggies in the pita too so the garlic wasn’t overpowering. Not drenched in sauce but just the right amount! Pita was thick too so it didn’t break at all.
Cookies were good too, like chocolate chip but with some spice. Soft and chewy 😋
Really cute place on the corner, lots of seating and board games in the back. Really good prices too - 10$ for the pita and 13$ with fries. They have GF options too.
Support this place folks!
Pros: Lots of flavour, Decent prices , Lots of seating

Soo tasty! - Edit
Wow! The vegan shawarma was mind blowing. I was so impressed with the flavour, the size and the price. This was my first time trying good lands cafe and I will definitely be back. Amazing food. The owner seemed very kind and made a great suggestion for me to try. This is the only place I have come across a soy shawarma and it was well worth the drive across the city. I never write google reviews but it felt necessary as not enough vegans know of this place!!!

Cute place, good portion sizes - Edit
I visited Good Lands on Sargent for the first time today and got the eggplant wrap while my friend got the falafel wrap, which I also tried (pictured). The menu is small and simple, but I prefer that if everything is done well, versus a larger menu where some dishes are a miss. The wraps were VERY big for $10. The falafel wrap is my favourite in the city; I can’t wait to come back and try their bowls and also baklava. In general this place is really good value and has fresh middle eastern food, ALL VEGAN.

Cute little food spot in the city - Edit
Loved this quaint spot. I had the mujadara and shawarma wraps and the baklava (not all in the same meal 😅). Great taste and quality of ingredients.

Amazing falafel in Winnipeg's West End - Edit
I tried Good Lands for the first time today. The falafel was freshly made and clean tasting. Tonnes of flavour. I haven't had baklava in years. I tried their vegan version this evening and it was a perfect complement to their meal. Good Lands is definitely being added to my Winnipeg favorites list.

Tried half of the Eggplant pita wrap, as well as the "chicken" wrap.
Both were amazing , everything tasted really fresh & flavorful (Also had a cinnamon bun - tasty!)

Cozy, bright, friendly spot - Edit
Tasty food, excellent value! Bright, sunny, south-facing space. Nice little kids’ area. Friendly owner. Open mike nights every other Friday until 8 pm. Everything on the menu is $8 or under. Coffee and a (big, delicious) cookie for $3.50, pita and hummus, $4, eggplant, shawarma or lentil and rice wraps $8 each. The eggplant wrap comes with white beans, fresh veg and a sweet spicy mango chutney. Very tasty. I’ll be back!
