Great vegan breakfast

A lovely cafe slightly tucked away in Tenby with very lovely staff and a cosy interior plus outdoor seating. We had the vegetarian full english breakfast with the vegan option which was tasty and filling. Also, we didn’t have hot drinks but they seem to come with a party ring which is cute😄loved it

Pros: Lovely vegan full english, Friendly staff, Reasonably priced

Cons: Few vegan options

Only soya Milk 😌

Friendly staff in a lovely location but we went there in desperate search for a cappuccino as couldn’t find anywhere with milk alternatives and they only had Soya Milk so I had to have black coffee again 🙄

Pros: Friendly staff, Beautiful location

Cons: Only Soya Milk (Can’t Stand the stuff)

nice cafe, great for tea

A very friendly cafe, with indoor and outdoor seating. They have plenty of vegi options which are easily adapted for vegans, staff are aware of vegan requirements. They also had 1 specific vegan dish when we were there.
Good tasting food, nicely presented. They have speciality loose leaf teas, including plenty of varieties of green tea

Pros: great for vegetarians, vegan adaptable, friendly attentive staff, great choice of teas

Cons: would like more specific vegan options

Fantastic food and lovely staff

The café was very chilled, good atmosphere and music playing. We had the vegan pie, salad and sautéed potatoes, they were served with homade hummus and condiments such as balsamic vinegar. There was a homemade dressing if you are veggie (but it contained honey, so I didn't try it). Their cocktails are fantastic and the staff extremely knowledgeable about what is/isn't vegan, which is always a blessing! Highly recommended.

Pros: Some vegan options. A lot of veggie options. Amazi

Some good vegan options

Very friendly staff, very knowledgable of the vegan options. We had the vegan breakfast which was great, the coronation pie which is awesome and also some cake which was really good. Well priced and they also allow dogs 🐶

Understands vegans

Although the menu has meat options on, Laura the owner understands vegans and will let you know if something normally comes with dairy. The menu clearly lists what is vegan and on a few occasions we have ordered something like the mezze platter and just said 'can you make it vegan' and she has come up with something that is great tasting and balanced.
When selecting pre-made items from suppliers such as some cakes she works hard to find responsible suppliers and ensures that both vegans and vegetarians are well catered for.
The North African stew is definitely worth trying which comes with a flatbread and a small dish of soya yoghurt.

Pros: Menu Clearly labelled as Vegetarian or Vegan, Understands Veganism, Creative and friendly staff and owners

Cons: Converted beaty studio so cafe is an odd shape, Gets quite full in summer, check opening hours before visiting
