Disappointed with my choice 🙁

Just beca I am vegan, doesn’t mean I don’t like to indulge in something different when I’m out. A bowl of mainly raw veg is a little boring because I eat quite a bit of that already! A well done vegan alternative to a simple classic - lasagne with garlic bread or well cooked cauliflower steak with chips would be quite satisfying

Pros: Two main options - salad bowl or vegetable bake, The lentil and quinoa mix tasted great, Fresh

Cons: Half-inch-thick raw cabbage, raw carrot and mouli, Very taxing on the jaw - hindered talking!, Boring
