I wish I could give it five stars - Edit
I love that they have so many special dietary options, especially for vegetarians and vegans. They have vegan options almost every day. I called ahead and spoke right with the owner about what was available and he was able to set aside my order. Then he was right there to hand it off to me when I arrived. I felt very welcomed as he told me about all the vegan options and how much he loved his business. He even excitedly showed me the high quality cocoa powder he uses for his fudge. I hadn't told him that I was going to write a review for his business at that point. He just seemed genuinely excited to share his delicious food. This is definitely my favorite spot in Ocala.
