Hit or Miss

This is a very nice concept but it's very, very hit or miss. I have come it and waited 15 minutes before anyone even realized there were customers waiting to be served and it seems like every single time I go they are out of something, Kimchi, ice cream, the impossible burger, it's very frustrating when you go in and they don't have hardly anything on the menu. They are nice and I appreciate the vegan options but they really need to be more on top of things

Pros: Tons of Vegan/vegitarian options, Servers are usually nice

Cons: Expensive, They don't always have what's on the menu, Often a long wait before you are acknowledged

Rude employees and sell non vegan food as vegan.

Even though we ordered from the “vegan” menu, from a waitress who allegedly was vegan for a decade we received non vegan food. Also much of the very expensive food we got was merely Gardein products warmed up and served as specialty items.
Attempts to reconcile our food orders were met with outright disdain and anger from employees and owner.

Horrible horrible experience....

Cons: Serve non vegan food and call it vegan, Overpriced, Angry, rude employees

Not sure about this place

I really wanted to like this place. The atmosphere is perfect, they gave us a vegan menu which was easy to read and figure out what we wanted, and then the waitress said they changed and they have a single menu with a little v next to items that can be made vegan. The menu was drastically smaller and it was very difficult to find the ‘v’ because it was in the description of the items in regular font and not out to the side..just not easy to see and figure out. Eventually we ordered after clearing up some pricing issues ( the new menu doesn’t list a build your own impossible burger so you pay for their huge mushroom cow burger and they swap the meat for impossible, which is weird and made the price jump from $11 to $18, they ended up letting us do a build your own since the new menu was ‘new’ and not properly implemented yet and we were very grateful)...I was still excited. The falafels were pretty good, the ‘hummus’ under them was more like veganaise and kinda weirded us out because it was white and clumpy, the fried pickles were REALLY good, but the ranch that came with it tasted and looked just like the ‘hummus’. The southwest pizza was also really good, very tasty, and the impossible burger was ok but it sort of tastes like a cross between a ham sandwich and a Burger King patty (might be because they smoke it??? Not sure) and the fries were excellent. Overall a few things were really good, some things were pretty bad, and they are very disorganized. Would try again but it might be a VERY long time. Still trying to figure out what was with that ‘hummus’ and ‘ranch’.

Updated from previous review on 2018-06-26 (typed beyond burger instead of impossible burger...they only sell the impossible)

Pros: Staff was very nice and willing to help us out , Really good fries and fried pickles

Cons: EXPENSIVE, unorganized/difficult to read menu
