It’s hard for me to go out to eat with my family because not everyone is vegan. Usually, I end up eating fries for dinner because there are no vegan options. Copper Vault offers a full vegan menu as well as a omnivorous menu for the people who eat meat and dairy! It’s great because we can all eat what we want with no compromise!!! I also learned that the owner is actually vegan as well as the head chef. That makes me feel like I can trust the food because they know what they’re doing.
