The Coffee Spot Simsbury

I was really impressed with this cute little coffee shop; they had many flavors for coffees and teas as well as three different nondairy milk options: soy, almond, and oat. I got a maple spice latte with soy milk and it was a perfect wake-up drink on a rainy Sunday! I saw they also have some vegan food options on the menu, and in addition to their food & drink offerings, they also offer a really cozy place to hangout and a free book library.
