Was so excited to see vegan breakfast options and omg vegan breakfast Sammie (the name of the menu item) is DELICIOUS!! I told them I was vegan and they walked me through what coffees I should and shouldn’t order! They care!! Really cute inside and I can’t stop DREAMING of the sand which.

Great vibes and great food - Edit
The vegan breakfast options are very good and they typically have several vegan baked good up front. I particularly like their vegan waffles or sammies for breakfast or a bowl for lunch.

Went for Sunday brunch and had a great experience! Staff is super friendly and will make sure everything is veg approved (menu is clearly marked as well).

The toast on a big piece of sourdough with avo, chickpeas, pickled onions, chives, and curry powder. Our waitress noticed the toast was missing slices and brought over a container of it, most attention to detail I’ve experience in a restaurant! The egg (they use JUST eggs) sandwich was good, but could have used a little more than the spinach and tomato. Still delicious, especially with a side of home fries. The highlight of the meal was the buffalo broccoli and cauliflower. Perfect amount of crispness and a healthy amount of buffalo sauce that is a perfect bite with a bit of the vegan ranch.
The coffee and spicy Bloody Mary are both awesome. A little on the pricey side in general, but definitely reasonable for a high quality brunch.

The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate to vegans! I had a sweet potato burger with salad and buffalo cauliflower. The meal was really delicious and nutrient-dense! They also had vegan cookies available!

Extremely pleased with the entirety of Popover Bistro and Bakery. The service, the food, the ambiance, and so much more spoke to me as an individual.
Read moreHave really been feeling raw veggies lately instead of cooked meals. I feel the oils weigh me down a tad more for whatever reason. Either way, I had plans to head to Whole Foods for the salad bar until I stumbled upon Popover right next to the Starbucks I was doing work at.
With a couple bakery items that were vegan, their buddha bowl, their veggie bowl, and acai bowl, and a chia seed bowl, there are a few options at the moment. But...good news...
New Menu Comes out 10/16/17 !!!
And they assured me more vegan options along with that :) So very much looking forward to returning!
I ended up with a buddha bowl with the veggie burger instead of the tempeh. With a nice array of veggies, delicious salsa and quinoa, and a nice bed of arugula underneath, i was in heaven. And not to mention meals come with a side of a popover or sourdough bread and jam for us vegans. And boy was it delicious...
Certainly was a busy place, and I was the only guy in the entire restaurant for a good while. I was told the place was started by some women in town but look forward to their continued growth and hopefully some more guys in the place! Thanks again, best to your entire team.

This is an excellent place with great service and awesome vegan options. Everything that's vegan is marked and if you are eye something that isn't marked vegan they will try to see if they can change it up a bit to make it vegan. One of my favorites is the chickpea wrap, it's absolutely amazing!
