excellent atmosphere and selections

coffee house is very dear to me. I've had many cram writing sessions, meetings with mentors, and casual chats there over the years. there are ample options for us vegans. milk options include almond and oat, and they feature daily specials (like a free shot to drinks or homemade syrup!). there's usually vegan chili and house-made muffins, but not always; if available, they are worth a try. there's also a dr. praeger sandwich available to-go with a salad at the counter. the drinks themselves may not be the best in all of cleveland, but the coffee is solid and the chai has a good kick. fair prices, fresh coffee, friendly faces, it's a fixture in university circle for a reason :)

Pros: location (near cwru campus, musuem, etc.), solid options, atmosphere, suits a wide arrange of needs

Cons: invariable availability of options, climate control (sometimes a lil warm!), can be a little sweet in terms of drinks

Service consists of counter ordering and everything else self-service. There was only one vegan dessert. Prepared salads were available, but we did not try them.

Pros: Fun vibe, Located near museums, Friendly staff

Cons: Limited vegan dessert options and
