pho-nomenal

plentiful vegan options and delicious pho😄 the vegan broth is very flavorful. everything arrives quickly and at a reasonable pace. service is friendly and, yup, you build your pho with your choice of noodles and toppings. tofu is typical and served with onions, basil, jalepeno, bean sprouts, cilantro, and lime. dressings include sriracha, hoisin sauce, and chili oil. while there are appetizers like vegetable spring, summer, and maki rolls, they are unnecessary as the bowls of pho are MASSIVE.

Pros: clearly labeled vegan options, very generous proportions, fast casual but warm atmosphere

Cons: pho not reccomeneded for take-out, slightly pricy but worth it, limited parking
