Watch out for honey - Edit
Went here after hearing about how great their vegan options are. The carrot dugs were okay but it was difficult to find other items on the menu for my meal due to many of them containing honey. The owner said that “some vegans eat honey” so he thinks it is okay to still label those items as vegan. Personally I will avoid eating here in the future

Great quick lunch! - Edit
Their "signature dish" is 2 Carrot Hotdogs which has braised carrot, parsley, grain Dijon mustard and fried shallots. It is served with chips and a pickle.

They have "Infused Broth Bowls" made with a tomato based vegetable broth made with mirepoix, tomatoes, chili peppers, parsley and seasonal vegetables. This can be garnished with various vegetables , beans, corn relish, nuts, vegan cheese and various herbs.
They also have a "Build Your Own Salad" with various toppings.
The owner is actively looking to move to more vegan options and is looking to replace the tzatziki sauce with a vegan substitute so that the felafel will be vegan in a few weeks.
Bright and open "fast casual" restaurant which is in the plaza across from Eastview .
On a later visit, the service was a little slow and the owner came out to apologize and gave us coupons for free Pita sandwiches for our next visit. Very nice!>
Pros: Vegan options, Carrot Dogs, They are looking to expand their vegan menu

Great options for everyone - Edit
Very good experience here, loved the carrot dogs. Can just substitute regular ketchup so can be vegan (and if you don’t want honey, can change that too). Variety in the menu with lots of options for non-vegan guests and vegan/vegetarian options.

close but not close enough - Edit
They have vegan and vegetarian options listed but the staff when I was there wasn’t confident in her knowledge of the menu. It took a while to order and then even still it wasn’t vegan like we had asked.

Good idea but poor execution - Edit
Had their iconic carrot dogs and some very high hopes.
Read moreCarrots themselves were good but were served on stale rolls. Yuck.
My wife had hers with “the works” which is an odd mix of salad like condiments. The Napa cabbage was far enough past its prime to ruin everything else.
Really wanted to like this place. Won’t be back.
