820 Pine St, Seattle, Washington, USA, 98101

Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant inspired by singer/songwriter Brandi Carlile, with references to the vibes of the late-sixties/early-seventies in its décor and classic seventies-era lounge cocktails. Modern menu with a few “plant house” features, including the impossible burger. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-12:00am.

decent vegan options - Edit

I finally found a place downtown I can eat at and take friends to.

They have some vegan options, wait staff seems knowledgeable, and they won't give you guff about being vegan.

I'm salivating just thinking about it.... - Edit

The Carlile Room has some great vegan friendly options! Our waiter mentioned that most other things on the menu can easily be made vegan friendly as well which was an added perk! I highly recommend the vegan chickpea fritters, garlic collared greens and the Impossible Burger! They even have vegan friendly buns and aeoli sauce instead of mayo! SO DELICIOUS!! 😋

Pros: Many vegan options!

Cons: Little pricey!
