Very cute cafe with limited vegan options. Got the veggie hash bowl and Avocado toast. Was very tasty. Especially the chili crunch on top! Also have alternative milks and a homemade nut milk that was very delicious in my chai latte.

Ignore the Name and Step Inside! - Edit
Good options in Telluride. I was hoping the town might be more vegan forward but this spot, despite the name, has some tasty options. I was only here for Sunday brunch but weekday menu also looks promising. Some deli counter salads and granola bars indicated as vegan. Menu is clearly labeled. Fast service and open in the off season.
