Such good food - Edit
We went for dinner here and I had the vegan burger. The burger was so good it actually worried me for a second 😅 The whole meal was delicious.
Read moreThe food was very good and the staff lovely. The one thing that stood out was that we booked a table and stated we are both vegans on the booking. This is the first time ever I have encountered a restaurant where they actually read the notes. After we gave our name they checked that we were both vegans and took us to the table with the correct menus, no having to faff around asking for vegan menus. I would give five stars if I could just for that.
It's not a huge place, so I would book ahead because it is definitely worth going to if you're looking for a nice evening meal in Pitlochry.

Thoroughly enjoyed lunch of tomato soup, with a Dijon and wild mushroom sandwich, fries and salad. Other sandwich on lunch menu was vegan cheese and pickle. The dinner menu looked delicious too.

Separate vegan menu. Staff were very friendly. Lovely cosy atmosphere. Vegan menu was standard fare but offered enough choices. I think there were even desserts.

Really nice restaurant with a separate vegan menu. We ordered the soup of the day (tomato) and the greek salad as starters and the butternut sqash and the burger as main dishes. Everything was very good. They even have 2 vegan desserts (brownie and sorbet)

I had the penne l'arabiatta. Whilst it's essentially just pasta and a chilli tomato sauce, it was delicious. Simple but effective. I had the olives and bread to go with it, which were also nice. The bread helped me mop up the sauce! Very friendly staff and nice wine.

We arrived at after 6 without booking so there was only outside space, which was fully covered.
