Excellent pasta - Edit
I’m usually not a fan of veganized tomato-sauce-based pasta because they are usually lacking in flavour and protein. However, that was not the case here. The veganized prawn and tomato linguine with vegan chicken was so flavourful and garlicky. I was initially worried that their vegan chicken might just be Gardein’s chicken fingers (like it is in many restaurants), but no—theirs tasted house made and had a firmer texture. We took our food to go for a picnic. It was great.
Read moreThey have a few other veganizable things on their menu, like a red pizza, poutine (made with vegan gravy and vegan cheese curds), and some salad(s). The servers seemed knowledgeable about what is vegan and what is not.
