Old Faithful came through Big Time

The tomato sauce was delicious and the Impossible Meat meatballs were spiced just how I like them. I appreciated our server, Gabriel, efforts to make sure my plant-based experience was a good one. The green salad was good, if a bit overdressed with balsamic, but otherwise a good starter.

Pros: Sensitivity to a vegan diet., Excellent service in a very busy restaurant., Very large portions provide nice leftovers.

Cons: Am I certain the 'butter' was vegan? Not sure., Salad was a tiny bit overdressed so overpowering.

Our server checked with the kitchen who said the "butter" was made from peas. Hope that was right. at The Old Spaghetti Factory in Banff

Three very large Impossible Meat meatballs. Very well spiced and the tomato sauce was tasty with big chunks of tomato. Plenty of leftovers from a huge serving. at The Old Spaghetti Factory in Banff

Excellent service and food!

We had a wonderful dining experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory in Banff! We were thrilled to find delicious plant-based options like the lentil soup, fresh salad, and perfectly cooked spaghetti with Impossible meatballs—everything was wonderful.

Our waitress was also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and super helpful with menu questions. To top it all off, we were seated at a window table with the breeze coming in and an incredible view overlooking the street and surrounding mountains.

Pros: Impossible meatballs, Value, Customer service
