It seems pretty authentically American to me. The pancakes aren’t too sweet so you can control the sweetness yourself using maple syrup. The bagel was also great.

We were here because we were at the IKEA and looked for a place to lunch. All menu categories have vegan options, and it’s nice to see something different from the usual vegan food at non vegan places. We shared a plate with three kinds of “mini sliders”, 1 sloppy joe, 1 chickpea spread, 1 avocado with vegan feta. All three were great (I thought the chickpea spread would be just hummus but it was different). This is a restaurant in a local shopping center, so not a place to come for awesome ambiance, but it was still nice enough.

Redelijk veel veganistische opties op het menu (ook zijn veel vega gerechten aan te passen naar vegan). Twee jaar terug ook een vegan rainbow cake besteld voor mijn verjaardag, zag er mooi uit en was lekker. Had vandaag de egg salad by Lisa goes vegan besteld, deze is gemaakt van tofu en wordt geserveerd op desembrood, erg smakelijk. Ze hebben ook vegan feta. Vriendelijk personeel.

Op het menu is duidelijk aangegeven welke gerechten vegan zijn. Ik heb een broodje avocadosmash gegeten en dat was lekker. De Going Green smoothie was heerlijk.
