Fusion place with some vegan options

My omni partner wanted to try this place so we did. We ordered online for a carryout. The toast tab menu was fairly well labeled as to what is vegan. I got a Com Bao 2 with the sweet chili tofu bao and the impossible bao and fries. The food was ready at the appointed time and we took it home to eat. The sweet chili tofu bao was pretty good and the impossible bao was basically a burger with a bao as the bun.

No complaints. Pretty good

Unique Vegan Bao

There are 3 different vegan bao options and one vegan udon noodle option. I got two of the tofu baos with fries. One spicy and one with sweet chili and the crunch of tofu was so good. The fries also were super tasty. I didn’t have much confidence in the waiter knowing about what I could or couldn’t have after serving me non vegan aioli with the fries but still it’s nice to have such unique vegan options in Clayton.
