Employees are NOT Courteous to Customers! - Edit
The employees here lack basic courtesy to customers. Perhaps they are unaware that, even if they are vaccinated, they can catch and transmit Covid-19 to customers. And, customers who are immuno-compromised, even if vaccinated, can get seriously ill and die from Covid-19. In recent months, every time I've been in the Princeton Shopping Center (about once a week on average) I've passed by and never once did I see even one Bagel Nook employee give the courtesy of wearing a mask!

No more vegan sausage, still good - Edit
As of January 2021, they no longer have the vegan sausage (said they dropped it for lack of interest 😢), but they do have a few vegan cream cheeses.

Get the breakfast sandwich with hash browns on it - Edit
It's not listed in their menu yet but trust me it's there!! Really good, not crazy expensive. Get it with hash browns on it!
