Great flavors and textures

Tried a few things this weekend. Vegan Sloppy Joe was delicious and flavorful, with a base made of walnuts, quinoa, black beans, and beets grilled in a delicious from-scratch sauce. The sandwich was topped with a spicy slaw. Onion rings had a really good batter and came out nice and crispy. Also tried tempeh tacos which were seasoned/spiced with a really nice curry marinade and topped with a cashew slaw, pickled veggies, and garlic chutney. Also worth mentioning, they are also a catering company (Rebel Girl Catering)

Pros: Woman-owned, Delicious from-scratch food, A lot of creative vegan options and substitutions

Cons: Serves animal products
