Only chocolate and 3 sorbets available with no mention of vegan cones when we asked. We didn’t sample either chocolate or sorbet - looking for something more inclusive.

Worst chocolate gelato - Edit
I’m not sure how this place got so many good reviews. I had the chioccolato fondente, and based on the reviews, I ordered a double of one flavour. The ice cream (I won’t call it gelato) tasted like a super sugary hot chocolate slushy turned into ice cream (with bits of ice slush). It had nothing to do with dark chocolate apart from the colour. Unfortunately, it ended up in the bin.

Disappointing vegan ice cream - Edit
The place had a good selection of vegan options but the flavor was mediocre and what's worse the ice-cream wasn't creamy at all but had a lot of crystalized ice (coconut flavor especially). Didn't really enjoy it and wouldn't recommend this place for vegan ice-cream.

You have to ask which flavours are vegan. They had strawberry, citron, chocolat, coconut, mango and more. They offer vegan cones too.

As other reviews have mentioned the vegan options are not marked so you have to ask. Very friendly and when i was there the front row was vegan. Good variety of options😄

Like everyone else has said, the vegan options are not labeled. The only way you'd know there's any at all is the sign behind the counter mentioning a vegan frappe. But it's a good place for gelato while you're walking around the heart of Siena.

Vegan options - Edit
Gelato was good. Vegan options clearly marked - there was five different flavors including dark chocolate and fruit flavors. They have vegan and gluten free cones too.
