one option

The cashew tofu was the only vegan option. They could NOT make any of the other dishes vegan because the sauces were pre-mixed

Cashew Tofu

Only one listed vegan item, cashew tofu, but could probably modify a few others to be vegan.

Appreciate that the cashier confirmed O wanted it to be vegan.
