Great pad see ew

This restaurant has several vegan options clearly marked on their menu. Has tofu and veggies. Veggies are always cooked well. Ask staff to use a new pan to cook. They have a kombucha that’s vegan too!

Pros: Diverse vegan options , Quality food , Great atmosphere

Generous servings

We had Veggie and Tofu Rice. We ordered brown rice for an upcharge, but a different server came out and told us the brown rice isn't vegan. They put butter in it. Seems strange and unnecessary, but I really appreciated her letting us know. We had white rice, and there were lots of crisp, delicious veggies and tofu cooked just right.

It was ok!

The tofu veggies were delicious, but the laab salad was underwhelming and very bland. They did have a good selection overall! And good service 😊

Foo-Foo "Thai" Restaurant

To call this restaurant, Thai, is stretching it a bit, however the food was tasty, if not real traditional. The curry was ordered to be Thai hot and the spice was barely noticeable - it had too much coconut cream - we had to ask for more spice and they brought cayenne pepper and chili powder . The Tofu Vegetable dish was nice and spicy and the vegetables fresh and plenty. The vegan Pad Thai was also very tasty. We loved the peanut sauce and spring rolls. Items were marked on the menu GF or V - and the legend stated "can be made gluten-free and/or vegan", so you need to ask to ensure. The server seemed a bit put off when asked if the dish was vegan - asked me "do you see any item listed that wasn't vegan?" - I asked about whether the sauce had fish sauce in it, which isn't listed on the menu. But other than this, the server was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The restaurant was very noisy - really hard to have a conversation. Pricey as you'd expect in a touristy foo-foo restaurant. But the pickings are slim in this part of the country so we really appreciated the vegan fare and enjoyed ourselves. We'd go again.

Pros: Vegan options available, Good portions, Fresh ingredients

Cons: Noisy, Pricey

Deserves Five Stars!

This place has incredible Thai food with vegan and gluten free options clearly marked on the menu. They also have an awesome kids menu with real Thai options like noodles with tofu and broccoli. Our family of mixed diets were all fulfilled. The table ordered and loved the fresh spring rolls, and I enjoyed the tofu with mixed vegetables and rice, which I ordered at a level 4. Wow. So hot but delicious! This is THE place to go in Driggs!

Gem find!

The menu has about 6-7 dishes that can be made vegan. Hard to find a place that can make a vegan pad Thai that can make it taste like the non-vegan version without the fish sauce- this place nailed it!

Pros: Several well marked menu options for vegans
