Delicious coffee with a few vegan treats - Edit
This place had a line out the door but I’m glad we waited because the coffee was delicious. I ordered the SWEET POTATO & BLACK BEAN TETON BURRITO/BOWL (sry its caps i copied from their site lol) and their vegan millionaire bar (shortbread, PB, and chocolate layers) They also had a salted choc chip cookie for us and their avo toast can be made vegan too. From my memory they had oat, almond, and soy milk (dont remember about coconut)

Hip coffee house in downtown Driggs that offers vegan pastries, a vegan black bean bowl and avocado toast. Also Carrie’s several non-dairy milks.

Tasty vegan options - Edit
So yummy! I stopped in and enjoyed a delicious soy matcha, vegan chocolate chip cookie, avocado toast, and a vegan black bean sweet potato burrito bowl to go. Everything was delicious and clearly marked as vegan.
