Super little vegan Egyptian fava bean falafel sandwich kiosk in York’s hip Spark shipping container complex. Plenty of fillings to choose from with various condiments. The lentil soup is delicious.

Fava Bean Flavour

Such a lovely place. Their pop up at the Spark is fully vegan. We had a lentil soup and their delicious fava bean falafel which is a different angle on the usual chick pea falafel which you can get anywhere.
