Tasty food in fun surroundings - Edit
If you want to feel like you’re outdoors but get to stay indoors this is the place for you! The restaurant is run by outdoor brand snowpeak, and has recreated a glamping experience indoors. It might not be for everyone but we enjoyed it, especially as it was pouring with rain outside.
Read moreWe had a mix of vegetarian and vegan dishes, and everything was great. Others mentioned the veg burger being too soft but I thought it was fine, if a bit unwieldy. It’s a bit expensive, but worth it for a special meal in a quirky restaurant.
Pros: The ambience
Cons: Wee bit pricy

Great ambience in strange hotel - Edit
The restaurant is set in a quasi-rain forest inside space of modern hotel
Read moreSeveral vegetation options (but meat and fish too for non-Vegetarians). Spring rolls were decent but vegetable raclette was functional. My wife enjoyed her fish.
Service was fine (limited by language barrier)
Pros: Ambience, Fact we could both eat what we wanted

Luxe - Edit
Such a beautiful restaurant and amazing fresh ingredients. I can’t say the patty on the soy burger was anything remarkable, but the ultra fresh veg and salad bar that came with the meal made it 5 stars. Highlight meal in Sapporo.

Not great value for money, but satisfactory meal - Edit
The vegan burger was filling but really not worth the price charged for it.
Read moreIt includes unlimited salad bar and coffee/tea, but the selection was slim pickings.
I would’ve been better off ordering from Uber Eats, and getting something better delivered to my nearby hotel.

Very average and expensive - Edit
Had the vegan burger for lunch. The burger is a good size but no flavor and a very mushy patty. Potatoes were great.

Way to expensive for what it is.

Okay food - Edit
We went here on our 2nd night in Sapporo. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a hotel and was fairly easy to find. It looked very nice and welcoming and the restaurant itself was beautiful. It was a Friday night at about 6:30pm and we were seated immediately, without a reservation. It wasn't very busy. The menu was very well labelled on whether the food was vegetarian, vegan or if it had meat products in it. You can see the menu on their website. They have a good amount of appetizers but only really 2 main meals, one being vegan. I ordered the 'healthy soy meat and vegetable hamburger' which was ¥1890. It was fine, it didn't have much flavour, though. I don't think it was worth the price. The place didn't really feel that welcoming. The best part was the décor.

Excellent breakfast - Edit
We stayed at the hotel and purchased the breakfast option. It’s a great value and convenience. Terra is in a picturesque sanctuary with a miniature creek, trees, and plants. Bird sounds can be heard in the background. Terra breakfast menu features several galettes, including a vegan risotto. It is delicious and hot. Breakfast includes an ample salad bar with loads of farm to table vegetables, fruits, and roasted root vegetables, as well as several juices to choose from.

Appreciate the vegan options, but… - Edit
While the ambiance of the restaurant is nice, it feels like the food could be improved. I had the vegetable soup and spring rolls, which in hindsight were not enough for dinner. Appreciated the use of local ingredients as such, but thought their taste could have been highlighted more - both servings were very mild.

I came here in dinner time. Menu is in both English and Japanese. For vegan, burger, soups, spring rolls and pickles are available. They offer different vegan options in breakfast and lunch time.

Fun environment, good food, a bit expensive - Edit
An indoor forest dining area! Food is nice, just smallish portions. Drinks are small. Good option if in the area or if you want to have a quirky environment. Burger was really good.

Nice environment for a meal - Edit
As others have said, it was lovely in winter to sit in a warm, lush green environment for a meal. There were two vegan options available the day I went, one being a small soup curry, with a side of rice and vegetables. Delicious! Pricing roughly ¥1,500.
Read moreUnlimited tea/coffee and salad bar was included in the set menu prices. The salad bar was rather basic, ie shaved carrots, Spanish onions, and allergen information was listed only in Japanese, but with google translate would be easy enough to work out - little cards with tick boxes against the included allergens.
Conveniently located close to the subway, and worth the trip down for a meal.
Pros: Delicious food, Warm, welcoming environment , Easily accessible by subway
Cons: Only 2 vegan options, Salad bar basic

It was satisfying to find a well labelled menu in English with vegan/vegetarian options. It is a little upmarket and pricey, but you get lovely ambience, salads and tea/coffee included.

Farm to table - Edit
Lovely cafe to chill out just like an urban outdoor among giant trees!! Menu is clearly labelled if it’s vegan or Lacto-ovo. Staff is able to communicate in English. I went there for dinner without making reservation. Easy to find & map on Happy Cow is right!
