Delicious dumplings 🤩 - Edit
Unfortunately I just had dinner when I stumbled upon this cute foodtruck on my way home from Zeebrugge. Could not resist though and ordered the dumplings. They were DELICIOUS! I hope I stumble upon them again some day!

I found out about terra on HappyCow, and proceeded to find further information on their Instagram page. For example the exact location and opening days. Their hours vary from time and weather, just take a look at their posted schedule and Instagram stories!

Quesadillas (13€)
Amazing! Filled with delicious but non spicy chili sin carne, and hear me out on the zure room!!! Amazing white dipping sauce. The food was hot and comforting.
Loaded Nachos (8€)
After eating 1/4th I realised there was noch cheese on it, so she apologised for forgetting and melted me some extra in a little box. That was totally okay for me.
The chips are perfectly seasoned and the three sauces on top compliment each other very well. Can't go wrong with that! Refreshing salsa, creamy guac and as I already said - don't miss out on that zure room.
Crunchy Zucchini Burger (13€)
I just could not leave without trying that as well!!! So actually there's even mango sauce on top which she wrote down on the menu card later on. The bread was amazingly toasted in butter, the fried zucchini was a little too greasy and soft, but the madras mayo and mango sauce were an UNBELIEVABLE match to the rest of the burger. Heavenly!!!
The owner is such a sweet lady. Compliments to that as well.

Always feels like a holiday - Edit
Love this foodtruck. They don’t have much space, but serve several dishes (burgers, quesadillas, patatas bravas, sea croquettes,…) so you can have a good lunch or dinner or just a quick visit. A lovely beach (view) at walking distance combined with great vegan food: I always feel like I’m on holiday when visiting them! And with the fresh food they also serve some good drinks, fitting your mood: from cocktails, beer or wine to soft drinks or coffee (depending from the weather).

Cons: Closed in winter?, No con but be patient, it’s fresh made 😘

Onder een stralende zon was het genieten van heerlijke patatas bravas met huisgemaakte sriracha mayo, zeewierkroketten van Nomet, bijzondere lekkere quesadilla's en lekkere burgers (de gebakken kaas tussen de burger is outstanding!)
Zéér vriendelijke bediening en je kan er eten op de bank aan de truck, ook cocktails verkrijgbaar.
Als je in de buurt ben en op zoek naar lekker 100% plantaardig eten...niet twijfelen, hier moet je zijn.
