Mixed experience with pizza delivery

I ordered pizza for delivery quite some times now from this Telepizza Store. First of all, I really appreciate that they provide vegan "cheese" for a very long time now (one of the first in Cologne).

On the other hand, quality varies heavily. Sometimes the Pizza is really tasty, sometimes cold, sometimes sloppy. Maybe it's dependent on who's working that day.

It happened once that they used real cheese (!) and delivered the non-vegan Ben&Jerrys. Even though this should not happen, they handled it professionally, apologized and corrected the delivery fast and with an additional coke.

I do rarely order here nowadays, since in the last year more & better offers for vegan Pizza appeared in Cologne, but it's always a safe pick if your expectations are not too high.

Pros: Vegan "cheese", Fair price

Cons: Quality varies , Received real cheese Pizza once

Top Pizza mit leckerem veganem Käse. Bestellung einfach, Personal super nett.

Die 26 cm Pizzen (rund und quadratisch) sind in vegan 0,50€ teurer als die mit Kuhkäse. Die große (38 cm) ist 1,50€ teurer.

Pros: Gute Auswahl an veganem Essen, Top veganer Käse, Bestellung einfach, Personal freundlich

Cons: Vegan etwas teurer (vermutlich im Normalbereich), recht klein
