Be careful - Edit
Initially I thought there would be several options but I was wrong. They also had no consideration for my real egg allergy, initially serving “vegan sushi” with mayo on it and then simply removing the egg containing products and serving the same sushi which had remnants of mayo. I don’t eat it because I would end up extremely ill.

The vegan miso ramen was delicious! I had it with edamame which were not shelled so that was a bit annoying.
The charred edamame appetizer was good and the presentation was nice.

The service is top notch! The servers were attentive and ask the chef to create a special vegan roll that was amazing. The decor is adorable as well. I will visit this place again.

No tienen las opciones veg en el menu, tienen que avisar al personal y ellos te dan las opciones. Tienen Ramen y sushi.

We had the veggie gyoza, and the other two options I did have to ask what they can make vegan, but they had great options. I had a veggie Ramen with mushroom at the restaurant and took their veggie sushi to go. Everything was very delicious. They had these drink infusions, which was like a tea and I ordered the cinnamon and thyme. The atmosphere is very cool and almost looks underground or in a hidden forest, they even offered us a free beer upon entry.
