No more vegan than any other place. - Edit
We had to explain the concept of veganism and talk our waiter through what might be removed from menu options to veganise. Vegan burritos after veganising lacked flavour and were mostly lettuce in a tortilla. This is the same as any other restaurant in latin america: you can eat here as a vegan if you speak Spanish, but would not describe as "vegan options".
