I had the vegan tostadas. They were amazing.

I love that the salsas are spicy. To me, that means that the food is honoring the tradition. They serve both vegan and non-vegan options, so you can invite whomever. The pop-ups are usually at a bar so you can get a drink if you like. The menu changes, every time you go you are trying a new vegan-delicious-spicy-tradition-honoring dish.

Pros: Spicy salsa, not water down
