They have 2 vegan options and sadly they just aren't very good

We ordered the Quesadilla de Flor de Calabaza as well as the Panucho - the two options that can be made vegan. They were both dry / bland. Had a similar experience at the old Nido Kitchen as well. Great cocktails and atmosphere though.

Very adaptable menu!

I love this restaurant. They have a menu with a lot of variety, especially if you ask the servers! There are many options that can easily be made vegan by removing cheese and it still tastes amazing. They taught me that a quesadilla isn’t about the cheese it’s about the seasonings and herbs used. Plus they switch up their vegetables often l. The drinks are great and there are beautiful plants every where!

Pros: Flavor, Helpful Staff, Easy to read menu

Cons: Peanuts in potatoes
