Tacongo

Excellent service, but be sure you have time because it can take about 10ish min to take a seat. Of course you can order to go as well. I don’t speak Spanish so I had to use the translator.

*if you don’t like spicy food make sure to ask for which ones that aren’t spicy.

I had the quesadillas which isn’t a classical quesadilla where it’s flat. It’s a taco quesadilla which was amazing and worth the wait. I had it with the asada. The other item I had was the taco with adobada, a tiny bit spicy for those who don’t do spice but doable.

Definitely going back.

Pros: Good portions, Friendly staff, Excellent prices for what you get

Cons: Not a lot of options to sit down

Authentic Mexican and Vegan

There is nothing fancy about this restaurant but the food is very tasty and what they do with mushrooms is amazing. The dessert Is great also.

Pros: All Vegan, Healthy Ingredient

Delicious tacos!

I live in San Diego and had learned about this spot for a while. My mom and I went and we loved it.

Everything is vegan.

I ordered a quesadilla de chorizo and while I wasn’t a big fan of the hot cheese initially, I liked it better cold! I also got a taco de adobada and I think this one was my favorite along with a taco de birria, top 2 for sure!

My mom ordered a burrito Puerto Nuevo and liked it as well. She also ordered an agua de Jamaica, it was good just a bit sweet for our liking. I wanted to try other options so we got a corn and a dessert. The corn came with the cheese that again, I was not a big fan of. The dessert was amazing and we finished it all!

I will definitely try their tacos again and dessert. I will likely not order anything with cheese. Next time I’d like to try the tostada and torta option. #Veganuary

Me encantan

Están súper ricos los tacos, bien servidos y el personal es súper amable… tienen servicio en comedor y también por Uber eats
He llevado a muchos amigos y familiares, a todos les ha encantado.

Pros: Buenas porciones , El lugar está limpio , Buenas salsas

Cons: El queso vegano que usan esta malísimo 🥲, No hay mucho lugar para sentarse , La música está muy alta
