Serves meat, vegan options available. Mexican fusion restaurant offering nachos, tacos, burritos, burrito bowls and a taco salad that can be made vegan with tofu. Specify no cheese. Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-9:00pm.
I ordered the taco plate so I could have leftovers, came with black beans, rice, and a dessertish delicacy called a corn cake 🤩 - this was not a vegan meal because it was sprinkled with cheese, and I’m not sure how they make the cake - the tofu was just ok, honestly, but everything else was good. I would come here again if my bf wanted to because he loves the carnivore options, but otherwise, meh.
Delicious food! Be careful to ask for substitutions though - Edit
The tofu burrito is very very tasty. However, you do have to be savvy in how you place your order. In order to make the tofu burrito vegan - ask to substitute the rice with white rice, no mayo in the mixed veggies, no cheese, and no sour cream. The guacamole is vegan which is nice. The sweet potato tacos are also good (also ask for no mayo in the mixed veggies). Great salsa options - my favorite is the BBQ pineapple salsa.
I ordered the tofu burrito without the cheese, and it was great. The sticky Korean BBQ tofu is delicious. The staff seems well aware of vegan vs vegetarian. Great, very reasonably priced option in Eugene ($11 burrito).
I'm so glad I happened to walk by and saw the abundantly filled tacos here and checked to see if there was a vegan option. They serve saucy tofu that is deliciously crispy and their tacos have a ton of veggies on them, some pickled, some fresh. You choose your spice level and unless you are a big heat fan (I can handle a little) I'd say the green sauce which is mild. Ask for no cheese to make them vegan. Even the non-vegans in our family ask for these tacos, and we go often. They do have nachos, burritos, burrito bowls, and taco salad that you can pick tofu as your protein.

Pros: Great balance of flavors, Tacos are full of veggies, Tofu is delicious, crispy and saucy
Cons: Not entirely vegan, Don't have online ordering, Tofu costs more than some other proteins (weird)
