Good vegan options - Edit
The tofu bahn mi minus aioli was solid. I really appreciated that they have a 1/2 sandwich 1/2 soup combo. The curry soup was pretty good, not the best pho I’ve had but it hit the spot and went well with the sandwich.

Bland and blah - Edit
Pho is probably my favorite food and this was by far the furthest from it that I've had. Very thin broth with plain cubed tofu (unfried) and a few bok choy, lots of grated carrot. Just had no flavor.

The pickled veg is yummy but otherwise it’s kinda bland and the bread is not crispy, I absolutely love the banh mi at “da nang” and would recommend trying that

The Grilled Tofu sandwich is something I could and would eat everyday! We might move to Eugene just for this sandwich alone.

My New Favorite Dishes - Edit
I had never had bahn mi or pho prior to coming here and now I can't stop thinking about having it again! So flavorful and fresh! Tofu was perfectly marinated and cooked.
