Wanted to love it - Edit
I had the empanadas made with impossible meat and I found them disappointing. The plating was beautiful, but I couldn’t taste the filling—it just tasted like fried dough. But I will definitely return to try a burrito instead.

Awesome vegan tacos! - Edit
If you miss taco truck style tacos, you’ll love the tacos here. Rice and beans are also vegan. Also they have vegan empanadas, and the chef who brought our food out let us know they do an vegan impossible chicken fried steak for brunch. The vegan enchiladas are also super good.

Taco ‘bout yum! - Edit
I heard a rumor this place has killer vegan empanadas on the brunch menu, so I had to check it out. They lived up to the hype! Then I had to check out the burrito sitch. Adding Impossible is the same cost as some other meats, but vegan sour cream is a $2 upcharge. Happy to have the option tho, since they stopped offering vegan cheese, which tbh I didn’t miss. It doesn’t really taste like sour cream, but it really works. Yeah, I’m a fan of this place for sure.

Try the Empanadas! - Edit
I had the empanadas, which are vegan without any modifications. They were flavorful and delicious. I will definitely be ordering those again! The menu lists Impossible as a protein option for all dishes. I haven’t been there for brunch, but looks like there are a couple vegan options on that menu too. I did a quick take out, so didn’t ask all the vegan questions, will visit again for sure and update this with anything I learn.
